Do you want to know what happens inside of you when you start to feel stress? How about what happens when you are under extreme or chronic stress? I wanted to give everyone a visual to explain stress and personality type, so I’ve been working on these infographics as a way to make the whole process easier to understand. The information used in this infographic is taken from the MBTI® manual and my instruction at the MBTI® certification course.
This infographic gives you a visual representation of how your cognitive functions; Introverted Feeling, Extraverted Intuition, Introverted Sensing, and Extraverted Thinking, all respond to stress. If you want to know more about how you respond to stress and what triggers stress for you, check out How Each Myers-Briggs Type Reacts to Stress (and How to Help!)
Have any thoughts? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you!
