A peaceful, intimate workshop for INFPs
If you’re an INFP, you’ve probably often felt like a square peg in a round hole. Like society was always pressing down on you, even in a subtle way (but usually not so subtle). You have a heart that is drawn towards meaning, conscience, and emotional truth. And yet, so much of modern life seems designed to drown that out. Be louder. Be faster. Be more productive. Be more “normal.” Explain yourself better. Fit into a box that was never made for you. Doom scroll for hours and be left feeling tired and empty.

This workshop is an invitation to step out of that noise.
Ember is a two-hour, small-group winter gathering devoted entirely to Introverted Feeling (Fi) and Extraverted Intuition (Ne). It’s about shaking off the idea that your inner sense of rightness and meaning is a weakness to be corrected, and learning to take it by the hand and see it as the quiet inner mentor that can guide you toward wholeness, self-trust, and growth when it’s understood and supported.
This won’t be a personality lecture you passively sit through. Instead, it’s a calm, connecting space to slow down and listen inward together. I’ve always adored talking to INFPs and want a space to connect, grow, and have discussion that brings clarity.

What We’ll Explore
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
What Introverted Feeling actually is (and what it isn’t), and how it works as a wise internal guide rather than an emotional spiral
How to tell pair your Intuition with Feeling, to fend off self-doubt or external pressure
Why Fi so often feels misunderstood—by families, workplaces, schools, and even by the people who use it
How Fi gets overwhelmed in a world that pushes constant comparison, performance, and conformity
Ways to work with Fi to find more peace, emotional clarity, resilience, and self-trust instead of exhaustion or self-erasur
You’ll come away with language for your inner experience, practices for grounding your values, and a deeper sense that your way of processing life is not broken, it’s simply been living in the wrong climate.

Introverted Feeling unfolds best in spaces that feel safe, human, and unhurried. Keeping this intimate allows for real connection, reflection, and room for your inner world to breathe. If this format resonates, future Ember workshops for your other cognitive functions will open, but this first one is intentionally small.
About Your Guide

I’m a certified MBTI® practitioner with over 10 years of experience working closely with INFPs through coaching, writing, and deep-dive function work. I’ve spent thousands of hours helping Fi-dominant people untangle self-doubt, reclaim trust in their inner voice, and learn how to live in alignment without burning out or disappearing into other people’s expectations.
I don’t believe Fi needs to be “fixed.”
I believe it needs to be understood, protected, and honored. Especially in the world we live in today where so many people are outsourcing their inner world, values, and thought processes to AI or societal “rules.”
