I wanted to give everyone a visual to explain stress and personality type, so I’ve been working on these infographics as a way to make the whole process easier to understand. The information used in this infographic is taken from the MBTI® manual and my instruction at the MBTI® certification course.
This infographic gives you a visual representation of how your cognitive functions; Introverted Thinking, Extraverted Sensing, Introverted Intuition, and Extraverted Feeling, all respond to stress.
