Do you ever feel confused about how you react to stress? Do you ever “flip a switch” when you’re under extreme stress and start acting completely unusual? I wanted to give everyone a visual to explain stress and personality type, so I’ve been working on these infographics as a way to make the whole process easier to understand. The information used in this infographic is taken from the MBTI® manual and my instruction at the MBTI® certification course.
This infographic gives you a visual representation of how your cognitive functions; Introverted Thinking, Extraverted Sensing, Introverted Intuition, and Extraverted Feeling, all respond to stress. If you want to know more about how you respond to stress and what triggers stress for you, check out How Each Myers-Briggs Type Reacts to Stress (and How to Help!)
Have any thoughts? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you! If you’d like to get a 187-page eBook on personality type and stress resolution techniques you can check it out here!
