  1. Human Resources for a En9?!! Absolutely no! HR is not about supporting people, it’s about policing people. They are mot here for the ‘little people’, only here for management.

      Having studied some HR courses and then having had experiences with HR, what you say is exactly how HR functions in medium to large enterprises. They are there to protect the interests of the business, not the people who in their eyes are ‘resources’ that can be replaced…
