  1. I watched the short film that Cargo is based on, also called Cargo, several years ago. It destroyed me for a week! I was an emotional mess. I’m an INFJ, and I plan to go see Guardians of the Galaxy this week – love, sacrifice, honor, and some funny parts. It’s very heartfelt, and that appeals to the part of me that still believes in love conquering all.

  2. I’m an ENFP and I love The Marvelous Mrs Maisel. My INTP guy and I watch that and Better Call Saul. I read Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency years ago. Didn’t know it was a series. I’m going to check that out now. Thanks!

    1. God, the BBC America Dirk Gently series is fantastic. There’s another one from 2012 too, but I haven’t seen it.

  3. I’m an ENFP and I was actually interested in watching “The marvelous Mrs Maisel”, my Fav show is “B99” and I found “Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency” interesting so that’s a great article.

  4. I am an INFJ. I like watching true stories. And reading true stories. I like learning about history.

  5. As best I can tell I’m an ISFP, but “Okja” sounded like the movie I’d be least likely to enjoy out of all the suggestions. I tend to prefer real-life stories of people who have been through bizarre or difficult life experiences. So “Sam- a Saxon” and “Love & Death” had the most appeal, followed by “Cargo” and “Couples Threapy”. “Okja” sounded a little too “N” for me, I need something more realistic. Even the Pinocchio movie sounded somewhat appealing, because fascist Italy was a real thing that real people experienced. Just my thoughts, curious if other ISFPs agree!

    1. aNother ISFP here, i like bizarre unrealistic movies mostly because i want escapism lol. It really depends on what you want to get from a movie. Se users can definitely enjoy a movie with great visuals like this. Though it isn’t as grounded as a lot of the other movies, a great filmmaker will make it feel emotionally grounded.
I swear im an se user but i love delving into the hypothetical worlds and making connections to the real world. The criticism is always fun and if you do it in a way to get my attention, sign me up.
Haven’t watched the movie yet (and im expecting it to be great wayy to early 😬) but im guessing its about how humans take advantage of their surroundings for their own personal desires, however it has a tonal juxtaposition that would not be in most films with the same message.
Anyway, this was long. That’s my wannabe filmmaker brain talking. Sorry bout that

  6. Hi. ISFP here, nice to meet you.
Okay so i was thinking that this buzzfeed listical was gonna get me so wrong with some cutesy emotional movie (which i enjoy to a degree but i was still expecting the list to stereotype us in a way).
So i watch the trailer and it kicked me into a curb and beat me up. Wow. Director of snowpeircer and parasite. I stand corrected. Definitely watching the movie, didn’t even know it existed. Thank you buzzfeed-ish listical. You’re powers are beyond my scope of knowledge.
